At Floral Kingdom, we stand behind the quality of our artificial flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund terms.
Return Window
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Fill out our return & exchange form with your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, fill out our return & exchange form within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
