At Floral Kingdom, we stand behind the quality of our artificial flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund terms.
Return Window
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of what you paid for them.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in a condition we can resell. Taking them out of the box and fluffing the petals is fine, and you do not need the original box — any box that protects the item in transit works.
How to Initiate a Return
Fill out our return form with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. When it appears on your statement depends on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, fill out our return form within 30 days of delivery with a photo or a short video of the damage. We may ask for more information. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You usually do not need to send anything back — if we do need the item, we will send you a prepaid label.
